Christie Paulk, an Athens native, attended Oconee County High School and later graduated with her MBA in Business Management from Valdosta State. She has over 15 years of mortgage industry experience and has been recognized as a Mortgage Bankers Georgia Future Leaders Program Graduate. She is proud to be known for being attentive, organized, and genuinely caring, traits that have helped build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues. As a loan officer, Christie focuses on fast communication and a hands-on approach to ensure a smooth homebuying process, especially for first-time homebuyers. With honesty and transparency as her core values, she is dedicated to helping clients feel confident in their financial decisions.

Outside of work, she volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and Extra Special People (ESP) and enjoys playing golf, attending her son’s sporting events and going to the lake or farm with her family.
